Activity: children's play centre with a café and birthday parties.

• Prices and opening hours: these are the current ones and we keep them up to date. We confirm the exact cost of your party on WhatsApp before you pay the deposit.
• Texts, photos and logo: they belong to POP EAT or are used with their authors' permission. Ask us before reproducing them.
• Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps: they lead to other companies' services, with their own terms.
• Applicable law: Spanish. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.

Privacy: what we use your data for

The controller is OSO POLAR OCIO SL, details above. We only process what you write to us:

• Website chat: to answer your questions and work out a quote, because you ask us to (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The full conversation is kept for 30 days. It then goes into an archive for up to 2 years, with phone numbers, emails and handles masked, to improve the chat's answers (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f). Masking lowers the risk but does not guarantee anonymity: a name typed in the text may remain. Your IP address is not stored with the conversation.
• WhatsApp: to arrange and run your booking (Art. 6.1.b). Whatever must appear on invoices is kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
• POP EAT Club: your child's first name, their date of birth, your WhatsApp number and, if you tell us, who recommended us, to give you the club perks, send you a birthday party already worked out for their age and tell you news from the centre. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing “STOP”. Kept while you remain in the club.
• Server logs: IP address, page requested, date and browser, to keep the site secure (legitimate interest). Deleted after 14 days.

Who else sees your data

The chat works out an estimate but decides nothing for you: a person from the centre confirms the date and the amount.

• IONOS: hosts the site and the chat on servers in the European Union, on our behalf.
• Google (Gemini API): receives chat messages to write the reply. Under its terms for the European Union, Google does not use them to improve its products. Google LLC is in the USA; the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp. There the conversation follows Meta's terms.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it. We do not sell data.

Children

The site and the chat are for parents and adults organising the party. If you are under 14, please do not write in the chat.

For a quote, the age and number of children is enough. Tell a member of our team about allergies and other health details on WhatsApp, not the chat.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to popeatadeje@gmail.com. We reply within one month at most.

If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and what is kept on your device

We use no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones. In browser storage we keep only this, all technical:

Under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD cookie guide, personalisation requested by the user — the language — and what is strictly necessary for a service they asked for — the chat — are exempt from consent. So we inform you, but we do not block your screen with an accept button.

You can delete all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. What we don't do:

• No Google Analytics or any other audience measurement.
• No Meta or TikTok pixels, no advertising.
• No fonts loaded from other servers: they are hosted here, so your IP does not travel to Google.
• No embedded third-party videos, maps or widgets.

Bookings and complaints

• The calculator and the chat give an estimate. The booking is made on WhatsApp with a person from the centre and confirmed by the deposit.
• As a leisure service for a specific date, the booking has no 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 103.l of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
• Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at the centre. You can also write to popeatadeje@gmail.com.

POP EAT Club: terms

• The club is free and run by OSO POLAR OCIO SL (POP EAT). You join by sending the form on the club page via WhatsApp, and you're in once we reply.
• Perks are per registered child, one per visit, personal and non-transferable. They can't be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
• Free play time is used on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during opening hours. We're closed on Wednesdays.
• The welcome gift is valid for your next visit within 30 days of joining. Every paid hour of play earns a stamp; with five stamps, the sixth hour is free.
• The free character applies to birthdays at the centre booked at least 30 days ahead and confirmed with the deposit. If the package already includes the character visit, its list price is taken off.
• Bring another family: the perk is activated when the new family joins giving your name and makes its first visit.
• We may change or close the club with 15 days' notice on the website and on WhatsApp. Perks already earned stay valid until they expire.
• You can leave at any time by writing “STOP” on WhatsApp: we delete your club data and stop messaging you.
